"We have stayed here several times before and always had a great experience. Upon arrival, they tried to say the room wasn’t available. They tried to charge us more than we paid for a room with less amenities. It wasn’t until we showed the room was booked and paid for did they say it was available. "Paid for a single room and I was given a room away from the main House, next to the kitchen and it felt it was a room for their staff versus a client. Room was clean but very basic which for the price $58 (tax included) it should have been less, $20 the most! I felt deceived. The breakfast was nice and the outside grounds pleasant, lots of flowers and nature but not sure how I ended up in this room! "
