Our stay was a dream! The hotel was beautiful. Clean, cozy, and comforting. We had clean linen and PJs every night we came back. Our toiletries restocked and our room refreshed. We loved every night we were there. It's also located conveniently by train/subway stations and restaurants. The staff were so kind and helpful, they made us feel so welcomed on our first trip to Japan.10/10.

We really liked the location and the amenities at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the rooms were nice. The public bath was a lovely amenity that was helpful to unwind after a long day of crowded Kyoto shopping and sight seeing.

Hotel was brilliant, really spacious room, with regular cleaning and lots of room to unpack and spacious bathroom and shower. Service was fantastic really welcoming and helpful when looking after bags after checkout. Rooms were quiet even in a busier area and great to have option on public baths too if that's your thing. Good location short walk into central Kyoto and loved the premium feel of this stay.
