We really liked the location and the amenities at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the rooms were nice. The public bath was a lovely amenity that was helpful to unwind after a long day of crowded Kyoto shopping and sight seeing.

The room was small but comfortable. Very clean with comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We used the laundry facilities and loved that we could monitor usage of the machines and the time remaining from the television in our room. Good location, room small but that’s to be expected. No closet or draws to store anything in led to room being cluttered. Wanted to use washer and there was only 1 on every other floor and all in use. Dryer exceptionally ineffective. Room felt hot at times and volume on tv was restricted which was annoying when trying to stream.
