"Most rooms had a musty smell and it was hard to find one that didn’t. Restaurant is ok but nothing to write home about. It’s extremely isolated so you’re a bit stuck if the on-site restaurant is not to your liking. Most difficult part was the noise of the on-site OSHO meditation retreat. Expect to be woken up some mornings around 6:00 or 6:30 am by loud tribal drumming and primal screams. Other mornings will be different forms of music and chanting but always something. If you’re a morning person, that’s great (maybe). I’m not and it was difficult, to say the least. Staff were great, though, and the views were amazing. Most of the waterfalls in the area of Ubud are clustered around this place, including two of the best - Kanto Lampo and Tukad Cepung. If the rooms were renovated to eliminate the mustiness and the OSHO retreat was moved out, I would recommend it as a remote getaway option."

"Had Ana amazing stay! Staff was very kind and always remembered where I liked to sit and what items were my favorite. My only thing was I wish smoking was not allowed in the restaurant. I had to move to try and stay away from it and it kind of ruined my meal. "
