"Good size room with large windows bringing in lots of light. Bedroom also has a clock, telephone and mini fridge. Good blackout curtains. Excellent shelf space in bathroom. You can send your laundry off to be washed or dry cleaned or use the self serve laundry. All staff wee encountered were helpful and patient. The concierge provided the exact information we needed. The Mall Cafe is good place for an afternoon coffee or a casual evening meal. The soup is particularly delicious."

"The hotel upgraded us to a larger room very quickly after we complained about the small size of the room. The staff are very responsive, polite and helpful. We stay at this hotel every time we visit Hongkong. The location is excellent."

"Clean and big room! The beds were really comfortable. I was pleased the room had 1 queen and 1 twin beds. A lot of hotels only have 1 double bed or 1 twin beds. It’s a convenient location with lots of shopping and restaurants. The room was recently remodeled. I would definitely stay here again in the future."
