"Staff was amazing, they were all so friendly and helpful. Communicated with me in English, so I really appreciated it. The room was amazing and very large for a hotel in Asia. The toilet was separate from the shower which was excellent. The AC was prime, the laundry machines both washed and actually dried our clothes, and the spa and bath house is 100% worth checking out with their 5 different types of baths + hot saunas. We stayed for 2 weeks and the only 2 negatives on them was 1, the pillow wasn't very supportive, and 2 the house keeping staff never really dusted our surfaces, so over the 2 weeks the room just got dustier and dustier. I may have missed something in the instructions, but aside from that everything was amazing!"
