"We arrived as a couple with two teenage girls and booked 2 villas. This was our fifth time in Haad Yao, but our first time staying at this hotel — and it did not disappoint! The surroundings are amazing, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered beautiful sea views. Room service was efficient and convenient. "Beautiful property. Open air bathroom/ Closet concept in the room is awful. A bat came into our bathroom closet area while we were bathing at 2pm. Close off the entrance points to keep critters out please! A gecko with half a tail fell on us in the toilet area. "
