The area is a bit quiet, which is nice, but transportation is limited if you don’t rent a car. Breakfast was very good, and overall the service was excellent. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property! The staff were professional, friendly, and accommodating, arranging transportation to and from the pier and granting us an early check-in. They were also quick to resolve a minor issue with the room safe. We stayed in the brand-new standard studio (#13, no pool), which was spacious, sparkling, and well-appointed. The ceiling fans & A/C kept us comfortable, and the location was just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, ATM, and shops....

"Amazing villa, we had our great anniversary there. 3 bedrooms which are very clean and neat. If you are looking for luxury, this is yiur choice. Had a great welcome by Jean, she was very helpful and supprtive she made our trip counts and memorable. Panu , the driver and our main tourist, he took us everywhere and we have enjoyed Both are very polite and made our trip counts."

"We wouldn't know where to start. The villa is amazing, the food is high class but best of all, the staff have made our trip. Their personalities, smiles, and kind gestures have made this one of the best experiences we could ever imagine. It is a little peace of paradise with the combination of the view from every room is incomprehensible. Would definitely come again! Thank you again for the amazing experience."

"It is a great place with a fantastic location with a view and private access to the pool. Amazing sunsets and good location with easy access to the fish and food night markets and shopping IF YOU HAVE A SCOOTER!! The hill would be a tough one to scale multiple times a day on foot. The cleaning crew was amazing and nice and the amenities have now been upgraded by us with wine glases. But when we arrived the kitchen cabinets had a mild moldy smell. Overall, we enjoyed the place tremendously...

"The beach area was beautiful it was clean the easy to reach from the hotel , there were other restaurants based along the beach so dining experience was wonderful to be beside the sea which is has not tidal . The area was quiet but this made it more special. The staff were most helpful and assisted in arranging a collection and drop off to the local ferry port. We could pay using card transfer and this assisted as there are many places which do not allow the same service and only want cash . We would very much like to return again in the future . "

"Everything was perfect about this place during our stay there: the room was large and clean, staff was extremely friendly and helpful we've got everything we asked for and even mote, food was delicious both western and thai, pool is perfect. "Family vacation, rooms (we had 2) weren’t ready on time of check in, we had to wait 1.5 hoirs at the top bar. We got coupon for “free drink” - I would expect much more than that. We ordered fruit shake but there was no Bananas and no mango so not really enough options. We were completely unsatisfied. When we finally got our rooms it was in the lowest floor ( we ordered”mountain view” rooms so it is quite ironic as we were literally 1 meter above the ground. Additionally, the stair railing outside the rooms were just being painted while we checked in and there was a pungent smell of fresh oil-based paint. I was also extremely mad as I specifically asked for two adjacent rooms , however each one was on a different floor level. Overall when I complained the manager in charge just said he is very sorry and offered 20% discounts at the hotel restaurant- I didn’t know whether to cry or laugh! Breakfast was somewhat lacking. The buffet was poor, not enough tables in the dining hall, slow service. There is definitely lots to improve! Nice architecture- somewhat weird and clumsy though! Reminds me of the board game Snakes and Ladders. Only one elevator (4 buildings) and long climb and walk to the pool- which luckily is fantastic so it made our all stay enjoyable after all. Missing full size mirror in the rooms."
