"The experience was excellent from the point we checked-in to the time we left. We were checked in by a simply wonderful lady called Ewa! She must be one of the most friendly and courteous person that we have come across!! The room was clean and spacious! Our only "complaint" would be that the matresses on the beds could be improved, but they were not bad. Luckily, we had Ewa check us out, so had the same friendly and courteous experience! She is definitely an asset!"

"The hotel is well placed in the town centre with a car park right next door, priced at £8 for 24 hours, very reasonable. Park on the lower floor for direct access to the hotel. We were extremely pleased with the spaciousness of the room. The bed was comfortable and the TV huge for a hotel room. The bathroom too was large. There was plentiful tea, coffee and milk. The breakfast was well varied, well-maintained and all was clean. Improvements that I would suggest. Please provide a hand towel as well as bath towels. Please provide two spare pillows, not just one. Lighting in the room is not really sufficient for things like styling hair. A light above the mirror would really help. Things out of the hotel's control, the person in the neighbouring room trying the connecting door- a bit disconcerting. People returning at 4am speaking at the top of their voices, very inconsiderate."

Buffet breakfast health club was excellent and free pool sauna steam room all top notch for the price will paid for a stay would not hesitate to stay here again on our way up North to break the trip up "
