"Hotel was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only issue was the restaurant. We waited 45 minutes for 2 sandwiches, had to track down someone for coffee refill, no ice or glass offered for soda and no bill until we walked around to find. Was going to tip less than normal but they added an 18% "service" charge for bad service. Food was good but all the other issues left bad taste in our mouths"

"Trip was going well until there was an issue with one of the toilets. We were there for work so we didn't get back to the room until late and came back to the room reeking of sewage. We realized it was coming from one of the toilets (that hadn't been used) but after four-five calls over several hours, no help could be given. The staff leaves at 5, period. I had to call again the next morning as there was no follow through from the previous night. Toilet was cleaned but my request for a partial refund has been met with silence. Still nothing "

"Shanice was extremely professional and helpful. We got in early from a cruise, which usually disembarks in the early morning. We didn’t have anywhere to go so we went to the hotel early and she worked on getting us our room early. Meanwhile we were told we could have breakfast while they worked on getting our room ready. Other hotels have not been as accommodating and would have made us wait til check in time. What could have been a 7 hour wait to check in was a 3.5 hour wait with them expediting the room cleaning. It was amazing seeing as we were exhausted. The room was very clean and comfortable. Overall great experience with wonderful staff. "

"I loved the feel of the property. It’s gorgeous and located in a very nice neighborhood. They do have open areas and the noise can filter up to the rooms, but there was nothing late into the day. The reception personnel were friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was really cute. I wanted my server to be just a bit more attentive, but it was not poor service by any means. My bed was comfortable and the rooms are spacious. I don’t care for showers with no doors, but most of the water managed to stay within. It is a bit pricey, but I splurged for vacation. If I’m ever in the splurging mood again, I’ll be there. "

"Love this hotel, however the noise level was really high on Thursday night/early hours of morning. Front desk might give a heads up and some ear plugs. I also travel with a white noise machine which I had on and my sister and I still heard it - really loud (we were on 4th floor). Love the hotel though!"
