It was in a great location and walkable to the Grove. Beautiful pool area and rooms were more like apartments/condo's than hotel rooms. Full kitchen, dining area, family room and separate bedroom area. We learned about the unique history behind the hotel, very interesting.

Cannot recommend this hotel. Staff were polite, decor looked fine and location was pleasant, but WiFi service was lousy (S-L-O-W, & kept disconnecting every few seconds - super annoying). Shower water never got warm (had to run shower more than 5 min just to get tepid temp - brr!). Will never be back to this place.

We only stayed 1 night and had to hurry out in the morning, so we didn't have time to enjoy and explore the area. But the room was beautiful the view looking down on the pool area was beautiful. Breakfast at the Hotel restaurant was excellent, and the staff was happy and helpful.

Staff was friendly and helpful but the biggest plus was the location. parks, restaurants and a bustling business area. Have tried several hotels in this area over the years but found Mutiny the best - and the best dollar value

A very nice stay

We were in town for my son’s wedding. The Mutiny was conveniently located near all of the locations for the various wedding events (rehearsal, pre-wedding reception and wedding). The staff particularly the valet/bellmen were very helpful with us moving in and out of the hotel frequently. The room was spacious, clean and relatively quiet. They were attentive to our needs including bringing an iron and board when needed. It was a very nice stay!

All staff were very helpful, especially valet Carlos. He went above and beyond to help my husband who has a disability. We appreciated all of the staff.

Great location, big apartment style rooms that accommodate 4 pax very comfortable . Great for families. It has a kitchen, dining table, couch, washer &dryer. Outdoor pool is never crowded. Restaurant has tasty options. We loved our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

We always stay at The Mutiny when we visit Miami. The room is comfortable and cozy and the location can't be beat. The best part, however, is the beautiful pool area with the waterfall. It's such an oasis.

Ideal location, spacious rooms with kitchenettes and terraces, although a bit dated, it is also in line with the history of the property. The bar never seemed to be open in the evenings, but we were there in August, which is slow season.
