Located very centrally within the best restaurants in Coral Gables. The hotel staff were excellent and responded to our concerns about the restroom plumbing very promptly. Overall a great stay!

Friendliness has changed a bit. Not like it used to be. Maybe it'll just me. I've stayed there several times and travel all the time. Although the say I checked in, everything was great.

Definitely use valet instead of self-parking. The Executive Suite was excellent and highly recommended for the extra cost. And definitely get the breakfast option. Breakfast was wonderful! The hotel was beautiful, staff was friendly, location was excellent. There is nothing negative to say.

The mattress is soft and old very difficult to get good sleep AC was noise it . The pool are and the pool needs an upgrade, as well as the pump of the water fountain by the pool does not work and we can hear the noise from the 5th flloor

I was on crouches, and they put me as far from the elevator. The room smelled like gasoline; we needed our reservation one night before, and they refused to reimburse us.
