Kings Wood Hotels near Savannah

"This hotel is in an ideal location and it is the best feature overall. The rooms definitely need renovations, especially for the costs of the stay. I stayed there years ago and not much had changed in decor or esthetics (furniture, etc). The front desk staff was amazing and one of the staff Tania was very helpful, which was much appreciated. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the staff working there was very friendly. My one major complaint was that the glasses on the bathroom counter in my hotel room were used with lipstick stains, which was unsanitary and a health hazard. The valet parking is pricey, so more hotel-specific affordable parking options would be a great addition for guests. Thankfully, the rest of the stay was enjoyable and the view from my room was beautiful. I hope the hotel/management will work on renovations and cleanliness for each room to ensure that guests have a quality stay that encourage them to book there again. "

"This location was perfect for us, close to the historic sites and easy access to the river front. The hotel itself was fine. Room was standard, clean. The bed was not very comfortable and the pillows were flat and hard. Breakfast was average but was served hot, fair amount of variety. Our stay was okay, not exceptional but no problems, either."

"The rooms are nice, really appreciated the bar, it was great, customer service was excellent and it’s located in an optimal location. However, the room that I was in had an outdated shower and shower head which was a shock since, everything else was so up to par!"

"The price published in Hotels is a trap!!!, it stated that includes all taxes &fees but at arrival they charge you $25 fee which turns out to be $38 at check out because there are other fees involved. If we would have know we wouldn’t come. Very disappointed with Hotels & Indigo. The front desk excuse was that they tells you about the fee ( just the $25) at check in…as if you could cancel the reservation…as like if you could do anything once you are hooked by Hotels that lies about “all taxes & fees “ included in the price"
