People were nice. Good location. It was during the St. Patrick's day celebration with tons of guests, one day we had no clean towels and they didn't have the staff to bring them up to us. The pool area was not yet ready for use, still dirty from winter.

Pet friendly, excellent staff except for receptionist at check in told me and charged me for my service dog, even though I told her on the website said no charge for service dogs. The next morning the receptionist on duty corrected the charge for my service dog and apologized. All other staff was most pleasant and helpful.
