Tea & coffee plus fresh fruit always available in lobby which is nice if you are on the go. Only negative was the lift was not working but the staff helped me with my luggage. Would stay here again. "It was amazing! We were greeted by two lovely ladies (I didn’t catch their names but they were on the desk around 8:00 on the friday evening) and they were amazing! The rooms were extremely comfortable and cozy, and located only a few mins away from the tube which was very ideal. The breakfast was lovely, the rooms were very clean and all the members of staff were very accommodating and kind. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip back to London!! xxx"
