"I felt at home during my first few minutes at the 5 Swiss Hotel. The staff treated me like family and I will never forget all of the wonderful people I met. Nadine, you will always be in my heart, as well as Sylvere, Mya, William. I could just keep going. Good food in the restaurant for dinners, wonderful breakfasts, and lovely grounds. "Do not stay here, total false advertisement. We went to Kigali for a conference and booked this hotel for the week, but This place is defined not a 4 star hotel. The rooms are old, disgusting and very old carpets and curtains, very poor lighting, not flat screen tv’s and barely working to non existent wifi. All of these advertised in their website. My bathroom had no shower curtain, so everytime I showered, the whole thing was flooded, and these are no tube with jets. Finally, my colleague...

"This is an older hotel in a very nice neighborhood. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. We really appreciated the shuttle ride to the hotel from the airport. Employees were all friendly and helpful. They were somewhat confused with the hotels.com reservation but let us stay anyway. "

"Good comfortable stay. The hotel has a nice location (near embassies, President's office and the UN) but being on the main road is a bit noisy. They can also improve their maintenance. But overall good for the price."

"They are currently shifting to the place across the street, so things are bit haphazard as they make the change. They did switch us to a different room when our key wasnt working. They also worked very hard to accomodate us in other ways. Overall good experience. "
