"The property and WOTIF falsely advertise the property. There was no roof top restaurant, bar or room service. I was given a 2 bedroom apartment. The kitchen had no crockery, cutlery or cleaning equipment and the sink and tap area were not clean. The bathroom had towels that were old, stained, thin, small and of poor quality. There was no soap provided in the bathrooms. The bedrooms were adequate but again, there sheeting and covers were stained and main bed was very hard. There was no air...

"Everything was amazing at Blue Karma, the bed so is comfortable, the staff is so helpful, and the food was so delicious. Their free shuttle to Seminyak squar and thr beach was a nice bonus, and there are lots of nice returants close by. Grab was easy to get, but honestly, we could have spent our entire time amd Blue Karma and not feel like we missed anything. "
