"日本語を話せる女性が一人います。みんなとても親切です。大きなホテルで７０人くらいの結婚式をしていました。清潔です。熱いお湯も出るし、水圧も申し分ないです。ハノイ、空港などへ行くバスをホテルまで呼んでくれます。朝食はビュッフェで、中華、洋食、いろんな種類のものを食べられます。道の向かいにドンキホーテのようなスーパーがあります。駅、国境、祠、歩いて行けます。Thank You!! "

"Rooms are not the ones we booked and payd for via Expedia. Official hotel prices are much lower in VND. Very friendly man at our reception! Room small, but OK and clean. Good bed, hot water and aircon/heating. Elevator. No restaurant, no tour booking, no breakfast, no information on anything. No money changer. "No service, no information, we went to get breakfast 9:15 but apparently breakfast ended at 9am we were not informed of this. We took the free bottles of water from the room, and they tried to charge us for them, because they were cold(we put them in the fridge) There was a hole in the bathroom door. The douche/bidet/hose was leaking, so the bathroom floor was flooded all the time. No one can speak any English, so communication is via translator apps "
