"We missed breakfast one day because a large group of school-aged children stayed at the hotel during the same time as us, which I didn’t mind. However, the hotel didn’t seem prepared for the number of guests. Either they didn’t cook enough food or couldn’t keep up with demand. As a result, there was a long line, and almost no food was left by the time we reached the front before closing. I believe that if the hotel plans to accommodate large groups, they should prepare better so that other guests can still receive good service. Additionally, the walls and ceiling were very thin—I could hear people running in the hallway and talking. Our room was near the elevator, which made it especially noisy until around 11 p.m. or midnight. I woke up frequently due to the noise, and the air quality in the room didn’t feel very good."

"This was my second time staying here. The first time everything went well. The second not so much. There was a huge roach that I saw run across the room. I called the front desk and they did offer to move me and I did only because I was there for an important event and I didn’t want to go through the hassle of getting a new hotel. Staff handled it great. I know it is not their fault. House keeping told me it was because the shower didn’t have a cover on the drain. I was very uneasy about the situation and didn’t unpack. I even kept my purse zipped because I didn’t want to take anything home with me. I will not be staying here again. This situation is unacceptable to me. "

"Our stay was overall very nice. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and they brought us extra towels as requested. The only thing that I feel could’ve been improved was the TV, as it felt very outdated and clunky."

"While everything else was great, I was disappointed by the maintenance and parking. The parking fee is too high, and the exit layout is confusing since you have to return the key before reaching the card machine. The bathroom was especially problematic: the sink was clogged and the water wouldn't go down, there was a dirty hole in the basin, and it clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. I also found dirty shelves and a band-aid on the ceiling. "

"This is definitely a dated hotel. The lobby has been redone, but the hallways and atriums leading to rooms could be updated or jazzed up with plants or furniture. The rooms were nice and comfortable. "

"It was ok but no shampoo in room or conditioner and iron not in room, when I asked they had non available . For breakfast all they have only coffee and Instant oatmeal and little muffiins. I feel it could be better. "
