Hotels near Fashion Valley Mall

"It was okay for the 3 days we stayed. However our phone didnt work and and we didn't have a shower curtain and the pillows were hard as a rock. Things i could work around for 3 days. When going to the front desk to ask for a shower curtain i mentioned that we were on a time schedule but nobody came to give us one. I had to find a cleaning lady and she came right away. I also mentioned our phone didnt work to the front desk and the girl looked at me with a blank stare, no response. I asked a question to another girl about something else and she answered but no eye contact So all and all it was ok but staff (other then the cleaning lady) need much more customer service training. I wish i was a secret shopper lol. They would have failed!! "

"Great resort for kids. We visited during spring break. They had events for kids, nice slide and pool, dining areas and place to run around. "

"Room was amazingly clean, check in staff friendly as always (not my first stay), like how they merged both restaurants! Absolutely love the patio and pool area!"

"Hotel was just ok, it was a place to sleep for us so it did the job. Getting a high floor room is ideal, as the freeway is near and is always busy. The hotel is a little dated, I could see scuffs, and paint chipping in places. Our lamp did have rust on it. Parking at this property is on the expensive side when you compare to others in the area, $37 a night. House keeping did come rather early on one day, it was around 8:30AM, don’t forget to put up your sign!"

"Place needs major repairs. I paid extra for balcony, balcony handle was broken, no repair done, they just drilled screws to shut the balcony door permanently, no air… Exposed electric wires by jacuzzi. Broken light hanging inside pool. Sun shades hanging unsecured and dangling. I got a room upgrade to double beds room 502, a room that shared elevator wall, had to hear it all night. Overall bad experience for my family get away. Breakfast 👎 "

"Nice hotel overall, when we first got in the room it did have a smell to it but I turn on the ac and sprayed some perfume and we were good to go. Kid friendly, we traveled with a 2 & 4 year old they loved it! Breakfast was good and they have a laundry room which I loved since kids did go swimming. Kids loved the pool. Guest service was very good. I would stay here again."
