"Our initial room was clean, but the hallway had a strong, unpleasant smell. Fortunately, the general manager was incredibly kind and quickly moved us to a recently renovated room in another hallway, which made a big difference. Breakfast was good, with just enough options to satisfy both adults and kids. The location is very convenient—close to downtown, the San Diego Zoo, and SeaWorld. There’s plenty of parking available, but keep in mind that it comes with an additional fee."

"We will be coming back! We booked this as a last minuet stay-cation. The staff was all incredibly friendly. The facility is beautiful and clean. The spa was phenomenal and well worth the price. The pool and jacuzie were nice, tho the pool bar was close probably due to the season. The italian steakhouse on-site had a good breakfast delivered to our room and the dinner absolute delicious. Only qualms was some electronics in our room were kinda buzzing and, as all hotels, theres some aging bits that could cause conern. But aside from that it's literally perfect. This is also SUPER close to a mall, a theater, and lots of restraruants. We will DEFINITELY be coming back. "
