Staff was super nice. Property was clean. Pool and fire pit at night was amazing after a long day. Room bed was comfy. Carpets in room were dirty, room kind of smelled like mildew. We had a joining room with friends and the doors connecting the rooms were sticky with some liquid on them. Overall comfy stay.

The staff were lovely and professional throughout our stay. It was a nice choice as a family. My toddler enjoyed the coloring table. It was a must-stop visit for her anytime we were in the lobby. The property did appear to need some repairs (broken/chipped tiles and better care of the balcony area (multiple spider webs).

Staff were great. Amenities were great. First room we got smelled like mold, but we asked the staff about it and they apologized and immediately gave us a new and better room and late checkout. The pool area and gym were INCREDIBLY clean and safe, and they took constant readings of the pH and chlorine levels to make sure they were all good. My only con was that breakfast was an addition $27 and parking was another $40

Short overnight stay. Convenient location as you can walk to shops/restaurants. The light rail station is just across the street and very convenient. The property was clean and felt welcoming. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall had a pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again.

The location was extremely convenient, with the Green Line train stopping right out front, and the staff was phenomenal—a special shout-out to Renee for her exceptional service, we loved her! Unfortunately, the hotel itself was a major disappointment. It is clear the property has been heavily neglected. From the worn, dirty carpeting and heavily used bedding to the stained couch, dusty surfaces, and chipped headboards, the condition of the room was disheartening. We didn't spend much time indoors, but I certainly didn't expect this level of wear and tear from a Hilton/DoubleTree brand property.
