No elevator, but it wasn't too bad to climb up to 5th floor. AC was great. 4 bunk beds (with soft mattress!) in the room. "Orbitz didn't specify that the room I booked was for male only. So upon the check in, they said I had to get the only available room which was smoking room and paid more. Felt like got ripped off because Orbitz already used all of my Orbitz bucks on this reservation. The hotel is more like apartment building located FAR from central Tokyo. Exactly 1 hour from Shibuya station. It's close to Aoto station, which runs by other company that is not Toei Subway or JR, so ended up paying more for train...

"Staff was great, we arrived very late but check was still very quick and efficient. Our host quickly checked us in and showed us around the property and did a great job of explaining everything. Cleanliness in rooms and showers average, not the best but not the worst. And the various amenities and location made it a great place to stay."
