"This hotel was average in terms of amenities but the staff were top notch. I asked if it was possible to get in before the check-in time and they said only with a fee but half an hour before, they let us go in which waa really appreciated. The beds were clean, room was spacious, and my kids loved jumping on the sturdy and thick couch cushions (sorry!).
We ate supermarket food most of the time and sometimes forgot to get chopsticks. They let us borrow some from the kitchen. Not a huge thing for them but it saved us from having to go out and scrounge for them. The same person who let us check-in early also picked up our garbage bag and chopsticks. They could easily ask us to bring it down but the effort is what stood out to me."

"The staff was absolutely wonderful providing information to places and even transit to reach the location. Very communicative and friendly staff. The hotel itself was absolutely wonderful and was as if one walked into a Vegas hotel san slot machines. Great place to host an event"

"Clean room, big comfy bed. Nice, new bathroom. Only one pillow. Staff were nice and storing luggage at reception for the day was easy. Great value."

"The room could use a luggage rack, a safe (don’t know why there wasn’t one), body lotion and a hand towel. Only one towel? Is it really too much to ask for a bottle of water upon check-out? I only had coffee, no doughy breakfast, so I should have gotten one. The young woman in the breakfast area reminded me of a stern school mistress. She should not deal with the public. The older woman was lovely. The two front steps should have some kind of reflective tape. They could be dangerous. Would I stay there again? No. "
