Excellent room, very spacious and great views from the tower. Very modern hotel. Only thing was it didn't have a bar so you had to leave the hotel to go for a drink. Staff were friendly and welcoming. There was an issue with parking though - we paid the fee at the hotel and then were charged again by the car park provider as none of the tickets the hotel provided to us worked (so cost over £70 for parking in the end). We were also stuck at the parking exit gate with a queue of cars behind so had no choice but to pay again. Also car park is a walk away and there isnt an easy place to stop near the hotel to unload luggage.

This is a lovely hotel and perfect for a short stay, if saying longer not ideal, room very modern and great view, there is no storage in room, no robe, draws or cupboard, no place to put clothes or personal items, no place for suitcases or to open then apart from the floor. Also no international TV service a few limited Japanese channels. Staff and breakfast great location perfect and very modern room and bathroom, hand basin outside of bathroom in entrance, makes things a little awkward, also no lights to shave. Overall liked hotel but would not choose to stay here again.

This place is amazing! The service from the staff was truly over the top; by far the most attentive hotel staff I have ever experienced anywhere in the world. The breakfast (included with the stay) was an hour-long dining experience each morning in a dining room, which was also an art gallery, adorned with full length glass windows overlooking Nagoya. The rooms were very large by American standards, let alone Japan. The hotel is located on two floors of an actual tower in the center of Nagoya (The Mirai tower). The Mirai tower itself is a popular tourist destination which is surrounded by bars and restaurants and located literally on top of a huge expansive underground mall filled with dozens more restaurants and upscale shopping (not to mention train stations). Because the hotel occupies just two floors in the Mirai tower, it is essentially a small elegant boutique hotel, in which every detail of the property is hotel property immaculately maintained. I should also mention that the entire hotel is created as an art galley of sorts, and that the hotel staff asked us what we wanted for breakfast the day before each meal (i.e., traditional Japanese, western, special orders) so they could shop appropriately for our individual meal the next day. A five star experience to be sure.

今回の滞在は全てが満足でした。 アートに興味がある方にはとても楽しめると思います。 客室は清潔で隅々まで手入れが行き届いており、心地よかったです。 スタッフの皆様の対応も素晴らしく、常に笑顔で丁寧、親切に対応してくれました。 館内設備も充実しており、ロビーや共用スペースは落ち着いた雰囲気でゆったりと過ごせる空間が整っております。 朝食は種類がたくさんあり地元食材を使ったメニューがとても美味しかったです。 また栄の街並みを眺めながら滞在できたのが印象に残ってます。 予定があり、朝は少し忙しかったですが、今度はチェックアウト近くまでゆっくり滞在したいと思いました。

Wir hatten das Zimmer L12 mit tollem Ausblick auf den Park und Oasis 21. Das Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet und bietet tollen Komfort, Badewanne und Regendusche, hochwertige Pflegeprodukte, kuschelige Pantoffeln und Bademäntel. Das Personal ist äußerst hilfsbereit und professionell. Wir hatten das westliche Frühstück und es war sehr umfangreich, ein Menü mit viel Auswahl und toller Service. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten!

地點非常優越，酒店外貌亦容易辨認。 酒店的服務人員友善、能以簡單英語溝通。 房間精緻，住客可以擁有私人參觀塔頂的時段，體驗豐富。另外日式早餐的食物味道中尚，可以有進步空間。

なかなか、厳しい宿泊でした。

提携駐車場が遠く、ホテルの入口もわかりづらかったです。 入口に人も居ない為、電話でホテルに確認しながら、入口を探しました。 また、スイートルームに宿泊したのですが、フロントから、部屋まで、エレベーターがなく、階段でした。 日本のホテルなのに、シャワーの出も悪く、お湯もぬるい。 浴槽に溜めるお湯も、かなりぬるく、外気温の低い日に宿泊した我々には、かなり酷でした。 ルームサービスが記載されている冊子にも、ルームサービス対応時間が記載されていない為、困りました。 また、注文したルームサービスも、何も被せず、そのままお盆に入れて、運んで来られた際には、驚きました。ルームサービスで、蓋のない食事を、お盆で、運んで来られたのは、国内海外含めて初めてです。 空気清浄機のフィルター交換ランプもついたままでした。 まだまだ、今回の宿泊で驚いたことが沢山あります。 しかしながら、寒くて利用できませんでしたが、部屋についているバルコニーは、とてもよかったです。

元テレビ塔を改装したホテルというユニーク性だけでも充分楽しめます。加えて、館内各所や各部屋にアート作品が展示され、特に現代美術がお好きな方は楽しめると思います。部屋のドリンク類もたっぷりと用意されており、嬉しかったです。朝食も美味しく大満足でした。何より、スタッフの皆さまが細やかに対応してくださり、安心して過ごすことができました。ぜひまた伺いたいです。
