"THE FOOD WAS AMAZING.I thought my stay was amazing. I stayed there for over 4 days and realized what it means to be at an all inclusive resort. However, they had signs in the room that they do laundry service and you realize how important laundry service is when your sweating alot but they said they cancelled that service. Another thing was when I switched tables during the buffet service in the hotel, the hostess at the time questioned why I had done that like it was a big deal. Also, the person serving drinks seemed shocked I was there. I feel like people meeting new people and wanting to sit with others is normal at an adults only resort. Hands down the best worker I ran into the was the activities person. He led the water volleyball and water aquatics. Amazing personality. Also, the maid service was amazing. She organized everything."

"Overall, we had a great anniversary stay at TRS Yucatan and really enjoyed the adults-only atmosphere, which felt more peaceful, cleaner, more luxurious, and better maintained than the connected resorts. Check-in was welcoming with drinks and champagne, though the SPC Upgrade package did not seem worth the extra cost for us. Our room in Villa 63 was beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and our butlers Jessica, Jose, and Patricia were friendly and helpful throughout the trip. We did see one small cockroach on the first night, but after informing staff, housekeeping performed a deep cleaning immediately and we had no further issues for the rest of the stay. The Infinity Pool was our favorite because it was cleaner, had a better atmosphere, and offered beautiful views. The saltwater pool also looked amazing, though seaweed during the season limited our experience there. The buffet was good, but the restaurants were much better overall, so booking reservations early is highly recommended since they fill up quickly. We tried El Gaucho twice and thought it was good, but our favorite restaurant was Tentazione. Since we were celebrating our anniversary, the staff went out of their way to make it special with decorated tables, roses, and cakes, which was a thoughtful touch. The golf cart transportation around the large resort was also very convenient and always quick. Some trip highlights included Chic Cabaret, the Mexican show, and the nightly entertainment."

"Friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere, relaxing spa, great massage, clean room, nice restaurants w interesting food choices. A wonderful experience until our 3rd visit to Carnivore where I was told I could not be seated w my open toe leather sandals on! This was our favorite dinner spot.My manicured toes had not been a problem previously.Tonight the hostess had been told by one of the male staff not to seat me. I regret not getting his name but the manager is aware of the incident. I am a mature woman who dresses nicely and appropriately for all occasions. My husband was seated while I went to put on silly tennis shoes because ALL of my sandals were open toe—as expected at a beach resort in the summer time. I returned & found him at a bad table next to a couple who both had on sandals with toes out. The man had on flip flops. I sat & watched other couples come in w flip flop & other sandals on.Clearly I was singled out by the supervisor at the door who instructed the hostess.He witnessed me get turned away & was still there when I returned-smug look on his face. My filet mignon was not the previous tender tasty cuts I had twice before. Our personal waiters were all VERY friendly & courteous—no complaints there. I looked around & saw I was surrounded by customers w toes out.I finally became so upset left! I am an attractive well dressed black woman who was clearly singled out that night by a bad supervisor who ruined my night & should be fired.But for him-great restaurant!"

"The staff was absolutely amazing. They were one of my favourite parts of the trip. The entertainment was great! I had the best French toast and pizza here! The property was full of beautiful flowers and plants everywhere! Lots of wildlife we seen iguanas, small lizards, coatis and raccoons which was very exciting for me! The swim out and ocean view from our room was stunning! The beach was a little underwhelming because of the seaweed but we also went in May during that season and the staff was working endlessly to clean it!"
