We absolutely Love this hotel! We have stayed here two times now and probably will only stay at this hotel everytime we come to KC. The staff are amazing and so nice, property is very safe and quiet. All around amazing!

This hotel is very clean and easy to access. We were unable to rest at night due to the constant yelling and noise out front on Main Street. The rail tracks are right out front and there is no lack of noise after dark, not to mention the loud vehicles racing up and down the street.

Slow check-in. Long line and only 1 employee. Called the front desk at 11 PM with questions about how the TV worked only to be told “I don’t know.” No offer to help. On the plus side, very comfortable bed and good coffee.

We checked in late after an exhausting drive. The staff was so nice and got us checked in so quick we got into our and quick to sleep. The beds were comfortable and the room was great
