" Room was OK. The lifts need serious repairs. It took us 10 min to get the lift and get to our room. We checked in one room and they had a lounge just above our room so it was very noisy where as the details of the room say noise proof rooms. We had to request and change the room which they did for us. As soon as we got in the room we heard some girls shouting in the lift as the lift had stopped working and they were stuck. For breakfast it was surprising that we had to pay extra for a hot...
