Muy buena experiencia. El hotel está muy bien ubicado en pleno Taksim, perfecto para moverse y conocer Estambul. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, el desayuno es excelente, variado y riquísimo, y el personal fue siempre muy atento. Hay que tener en cuenta que Taksim es una zona muy concurrida, con bastante gente y movimiento, por lo que no es precisamente tranquila. Aun así, por ubicación, comodidad, instalaciones y atención, nos pareció un hotel súper recomendable.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. It does not feel like a true 4-star property; in my opinion, it is closer to a 3-star hotel. The hotel is old, and the hallways leading to the rooms had an unpleasant smell. My room had no view, and it lacked many basic amenities. I had to call the front desk every time I needed something, including a toothbrush, toothpaste, bath towels, and conditioner. The bathroom had no ventilation, and the bath towel they brought was old, with the belt loop torn. The shower was one of the biggest disappointments—the water temperature constantly switched between hot and cold every few seconds, making it very difficult to use. The shower area was also very small, had no door, and lacked a non-slip mat, making it uncomfortable and potentially unsafe. The toilet paper was recycled brown paper, which I did not expect from a hotel of this rating. I ended up buying my own toilet paper. The furniture and room fixtures were outdated. There were also no power outlets next to the bed, so I had to unplug the lamp just to charge my phone. Finally, the hair dryer was very weak and barely dried my hair. Overall, this hotel did not meet my expectations for a 4-star property. While the location may be convenient, the outdated facilities, lack of basic amenities, and maintenance issues made the stay disappointing.

Aile olarak seyahat ettik. Personel çok ana çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Kahvaltısı tatmin edici. Taksim meydanına çok yakın. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğiz.

O hotel é bem localizado numa zona turística de Beyoglu, a dois quarteirões da famosa praça Taksim, um dos principais hubs de transporte público de Istambul. De lá é facílimo ir para qualquer parte da cidade. Apesar da aglomeração de hotéis e restaurantes voltados para turistas, o ambiente é tranquilo, sem os excessos de Sultanahmet. O hotel é de uma rede espanhola, com muitos espanhóis como hóspedes. O quarto é bem amplo, limpíssimo sempre, a cama é gigante e o breakfast é excelente. Os funcionários do hotel são muito profissionais. O estilo do hotel não é dos mais modernos (senti falta de mais tomadas para carregar gadgets, havia 2), mas tudo é mantido em ótimas condições.
