"Todo estuvo muy bien, excepto el costo del estacionamiento para mi vehiculo que tuvo un costo de $285 pesos. Eso es lo unico que no me gustó. Toda la estancia pudo haber sido perfecta, pero con esa limitante del costo del estacionamiento, me dejo un mal sabor de boca. Por lo demás, felicidades. No sé si regresaría."

"Excelente atención, tuvimos un par de requerimientos especiales y los cumplieron perfectamente. La atención y actitud de las encargadas de recepción fue de 100 puntos. Como mejora, estuvimos en la habitación con servicios para personas con movilidad reducida y el agua se salia y llegaba el agua a todo el baño, hay que poner un tope de agua o corrección de nivel del piso"

"Amazing hotel to stay at if you plan on visiting Querétaro! Centrally located and walking distance to Centro Histórico and many other touristic attractions. The hotel is beautiful and staff are extremely friendly."

"Cool property in historic district. Rooms are not fancy but they are large with large bathroom and very high ceilings. Hallways are very wide, tall, and impressive. Apparently the place used to be a convent."

"This hotel is noticeably smaller compared to others in the area. Although the room was clean and well-maintained, the space felt quite limited for two people. Some amenities did not meet regular standards—for example, there was no bottled water in the room. Additionally, upon arrival, the front desk staff was somewhat rude, which affected the first impression. On the positive side, the breakfast was excellent, with multiple options that were fresh, tasty, and well prepared. This was definitely the highlight of the stay. Overall, while there were aspects I appreciated, the room size and initial service experience make me unsure if I would choose this hotel again."
