"Room was clean and comfortable. Nice centro location. Safe area to walk and explore. Room lacked a lot of space to move around and counter/horizontal surfaces to put suitcases and bags. Elevator and stairs arrangement odd. For our room couldn’t avoid stairs with suitcases even with elevator. Sounds from nearby rooms are readily heard; transmit easily through walls/floors."

"Very kind and accommodating staff, and the location is excellent! However, that being said, you should be prepared for some noise due to the area. The hotel is definitely dated and could benefit from renovations. Unfortunately, when I went to take a shower, I discovered black mold covering the bathroom. The staff responded quickly, which I appreciated, but I didn’t feel comfortable staying in the room for health reasons. There were no other rooms available, so I had to leave late Saturday night. Since then, Hotels.com has been trying to contact the property on my behalf, but unfortunately there has been no response to issue the refund I was told they would issue. "

"Definitely a hidden gem in the center of town! A boutique hotel with modern furnishings, beautiful shower and gorgeous patio to enjoy the make-to-order breakfast. The hospitality was superb. We’d stay here again without hesitation "

"When I arrived, there was just a third of a roll of toilet paper (for a 10 day stay), no soap, no shampoo, just a small paper basket in the bathroom which was empieed just once when I asked. There is a restaurant next door which is very noisy on weekends (I was there for 2 weekends) until 5:00 a.m.!!!!! I think it was the workers lingering after they close. Found nail clippings after they had supposedly "cleaned" the room on 8th day of stay"

"The hotel is clean and modern and close to shops and restaurants. Im not a fan of hot tubs so I didn't use it. "
