"Room was clean and comfortable. Nice centro location. Safe area to walk and explore. Room lacked a lot of space to move around and counter/horizontal surfaces to put suitcases and bags. Elevator and stairs arrangement odd. For our room couldn’t avoid stairs with suitcases even with elevator. Sounds from nearby rooms are readily heard; transmit easily through walls/floors."

"Very kind and accommodating staff, and the location is excellent! However, that being said, you should be prepared for some noise due to the area. The hotel is definitely dated and could benefit from renovations. Unfortunately, when I went to take a shower, I discovered black mold covering the bathroom. The staff responded quickly, which I appreciated, but I didn’t feel comfortable staying in the room for health reasons. There were no other rooms available, so I had to leave late Saturday night. Since then, Hotels.com has been trying to contact the property on my behalf, but unfortunately there has been no response to issue the refund I was told they would issue. "

"We really enjoyed our stay in this property. The atmosphere overall was modern and luxurious. Beautiful hotel in a great location in the historic center. Very friendly staff also. "

"Very comfortable, large room with nice bedding and towels. The included breakfast was a wonderful buffet. Easy to walk to the city center.we stayed just one night but for longer stays a mini fridge would be a nice addition to the room. Also it would be nice to give 2 bottles of complimentary drinking water instead of putting a 30 peso charge on each bottle. However there are places nearby to buy water. We weren't there long enough to use the pool. We would definitely stay again. "
