A very nice property. There weren't any businesses or restaurants nearby, at least for someone with limited mobility. Despite that, I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Stay

Eduardo and all his staff go the distance to make you comfortable. We have returned, knowing that the quality of the breakfast, beds, showers, air conditioning are all top notch. The location is great. Walking distance to the historic center We will stay again

Excellent Property in Centro Historico

This was our second stay at the property. Very quiet area in downtown Queretaro. The property and its amenities are modern and clean. Breakfast was provided and made to order. Very good reasons why we came back for the second time.

Most comfortable holiday stay

Everything was perfect. From the soft sheets, comfy pillows, deep bath tub, best hair dryer, huge TV, I can't say enough good things about our room. It was truly one of the most comfortable stays I've had in any hotel. Eduardo was super hospitable and accommodating. Don't miss out on the breakfast. Oh and it's perfectly located!

Very nice place. Exceeded my expectations. Close to stores and to restaurants in Historic District. Anthony was a charm. Very polite and helpful. Rooms were very cozy. Would definitely recommend Casa Once.

Beautiful Little Place in Old Queretaro

We stayed in Casa Once for 3 nights to attend a meeting in Queretaro. We chose Centro Historico area based on our previous visits to the area. Casa Once provides all we need for a very reasonable rate. It provides great location in old downtown Queretaro, modern rooms with top notch amenities. The area is safe, quiet and the room is very comfortable and clean. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. BTW, our reasonable rate includes made to order breakfast too.

We only stayed one night since we had a party in Queretaro. I was called by the administrator insisting we give them a check in time since he was leaving the hotel and would leave the keys with someone else. We arrived at 11 and the woman left in charge had no idea how to check us in and made a mistake with the credit card charging us 22000 pesos instead of 2200! We stayed up with her and the administrator came back and there was no way to fix the problem with the bank. The personnel was very kind but not qualified to solve the problem. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are large with very confortable beds and good ample shower, but in the case of some of the rooms, they do not have even a small window so if you plan to stay more than a night, it certainly feels too closed in!
