Happy stay

Good location. Room is good.. only issue is the lift keep stopping during checkout timing but nothing owner can do about it. One small issue was the heater in the common toilets does not seems to work.. overall still great..

The pasar malam every Monday was an eye opener for my family. The location of the residence is great. The only complaint I have is the lift of the residence; it shuts mercilessly. Quite dangerous for young kids.

the property itself is ok, only issue is the aircon in the smaller room is weak, and the remote couldn't adjust the temperature. But the weakest area is the slow lifts. they are simply under capacity to handle all the residence of the building. During the peak hours, we spent 30mins in each to get down from 9th floor to the ground floor.

room is good but there are some problems

Room is very spacious and Good. But there were some problems. One of shower couldn't use hot water. And there were no Shampoo, only body soap. And I also couldn't find hair dryer,,, there is auto checkin system so there is no staff at hotel. A little bit complicated to check in. and before check in, we have to transfer the money for deposit to personal account. I don't know it's illegal or not but worried about at that time. I chatted to staff these problem but she ignored and didn't replied.

The wait for lift to check out need to be improved as all are full for more than 20 minutes. Labels for shampoo and body wash should be well defined

The worst nightmare in KSL Residence

The sofa have mites. My son had so many red mites bite. The sofa have so many small cockroaches. The toilets also have adult cockroaches. Towel too old. No microwave.

Inconvenient when taking the lift going up and down, it usually took a long time to get in the lift. Only 2 lift operated 2were broken down, each lift take up to 8 persons the most and each time taken 5 min up and down. All the time the lift jam because too many people waiting for the lift 🙁

Apartment was clean, but facilities very basic. One bedroom had no curtains. After reporting was given a simple cover for the middle part of the window. 1 mattress not comfortable, as it sags in the middle.

Not a good stay

Booking said check in is at 3pm. We got a message saying check in will be between 4-6pm. We messaged around 5 pm & it turns out that the property has been ready since 3pm. The air conditioning unit in the living room was very hot, when we messaged the property about this, we didn't get any reply.

Wifi not working Shower head didnt work and pipe leaking so bad! Couldnt shower Outside unit had drinks spillage and construction remains! Very bad stay. Definitely not recommended

Area for improvement- Carpark access. Guard did not allow our vehicles to enter the compound even after registration of license plates prior to arrival. We had to park outside the gate, go in to mail box to collect access cards. Waiting area outside the gate is small and narrow, there are a few waiting lots but quite often unavailable. Our second vehicle was unable to enter as two of the access cards were not able to lift the barrier. Although the cleaniness, location and space of the apartment were great, the whole parking thing was a complete turn off. I hope the whole system can be fine tuned for improvement.

Unit is not luxurious and not recommended

Not Luxurious, place is over-sell 1) The sofa is terrible, no foam you are basically sitting on the wood/ structure and looping down. 2) Common toilet pipe chocked, we have to clear the blockage 3)TV spoil, replaced with a dinosaur 32" TV that still cannot work 4) No hangers in the wardrobes (this is so basic needs) 5)The hot water tank shower is not distributed evenly, common toilet temperature is way too hot, cannot even shower. 6) Master toilet wc flush sometimes struck and water run non stop 7) the microwave not working. Food does not heat in microwave setting. 8) 1 set Access card cannot work, Staff replace with another set (only for lift) but no carpark access, Condo security not happy when we drive in/out making things very difficult for us. Admin says is Sunday, mgmt is not working. 9)There are no side cabinet in every bedroom, no side lamp, no place to hold stuff. 10) Balcony ledge is broken 11) Poor furnishing, not luxurious
