Staff is nice and helpful, need to pay tourist tax. RM10/day/room. You need to drive to Aeon Tebrau, or nearby places. Lift is slow but workable since it’s level 3 the highest. Family trip

Not so accessible if you don’t drive. It can be noisy with bikes or cars driving at night, not soundproof. Lift is small. Overall clean and nice for new hotel.

Staff texted me the morning of check in. They were friendly and when we couldn’t figure out how to use the shower they came immediately. Good value, room was big and even provided water and toiletries. Only thing is they charged me tourist tax separately even though on Expedia it says we don’t need to pay it as it is included

A budget well maintained boutique hotel

Clean and well maintained but room is small, it’s all good. Limited food choices in surrounding area, but there are Toppen and Aeon Shopping Malls and McDonald’s in a 5 mins drive distance. Good choice for short trip.

Exceed our expectation. Toilet and Room are well maintance. The stair are too narrow. The aircon (not cool) and tv (not smart tv) on 2nd floor are smaller. However the water presure on the 2nd floor is stronger. Wall are thin around. Good experiences. Lok lok beside is cheap and good, 7/11 a short 3min walk. Quite happening at night even around 2am.

ok for a budget hotel

The king bed was very bouncy so not ideal if sleeping with a partner. You’ll feel every movement. Sheets had some stains. Our room was one with window, could hear the air con compressor at night. Overall ok if u consider this a budget hotel. But we would not stay again. Only good thing is location near the malls and mt austin area

A simple budget hotel with a big heart

Simple budget hotel with exceptional staff. The staff explained to me in area that I was not sure. Hotel Miico even have a welcoming pantry where you can find hot and cold drinks and even crackers. It was very thoughtful of them.

Check in was fast. It is small hotel but clean and quiet and nearby a shopping mall. The staff was efficient in doing their task but Needs a bit of warm hospitality like a greeting and the like. We will still come back due to proximity to the mall.

The restaurant nearby selling awesome live crabs dishes. The lift is superb slow so stairs climbing is a great alternative to clock steps.

I had a bad experience during my stay at this hotel. The room assigned to me was located next to a renovation area. As soon as I entered the room, there was a very strong chemical/acid smell. The next morning, drilling started around 9 AM, and it was extremely noisy, which made it hard to rest.

Rooms were relatively clean and quick access to many places in Tebrau and Mount Austin. Walkable distance to Aeon Tebrau and Toppen Mall. The lift door opens and closes very slowly (probably to reduce noise?). Don’t except room slippers or fridge due to the hotel class

Searching for the room is like a maze. Interior is spacious (for triple sharing) and looks good but the floor is not so clean. Pillow is too soft. Room is quiet and non-smoking, which we like.
