1 of the pillows is stiff, not very comfortable. the body wash tube oni 1, not enough however the room is clean, quiet environment. surrounding the area have a lots of amenities

Value for money, clean and simple for Permas area.

Overall a pretty decent and value for money hotel. Clean and simple. Had hair dryer as well but too bad no bar fridge even for deluxe king room. Aircon is a little cranky with the temperature but manegable. Parking is ample near many restaurant. Can't fault for the price and good stay at Permas area

Amazing short stay for a quick stop for 2 days. Enjoyed the air con the most! Small but enough space to move around. Noise from neighbours on corridor and noise from roads were heard clearly from in the room.

The place is great. However the people in the next room was making so much noise until early morning. Unable to sleep. Banging doors, shouting and kids screaming from 12 to 4 in the morning.

Reception staff is very pleasant. The bathroom ceiling was leaking pretty badly (I am surprised that the cleaning staff did not highlight this to the management before this room was allocated to us). There is quite a lot of traffic around the hotel building (although it is not beside a main road) n it is very noisy, especially at night.
