Door does not have an internal manual lock

The hotel door does not have an internal lock feel not secure, only have internal hook. There are lots of eatery shop and parking lots nearby. This is an old hotel but the price is reasonable.

The first room given was full of smoke smell (maybe due to others who are smoking in other room). Maybe the ventilation is not good at that particular room. Request to change room. The reception changed for us to another room. Thanks for the service. For the paid price, the room is ok for one night stay and full of amenities such as places to eat at the surrounding.

Too small shower & toilet area no hot water @sink

Not happy with the room,it's without window. Your website did not prompt that the room had no window. Requested for room with window the receptionist replied all rooms w/window had taken by their regular customers. If pay another Rm 25 she will give me a room with window. It’s not fair very unhappy with their service.

Nice accomodation

The staffs (an uncle) treat us nicely, the deluxe room with 2 queen beds is comfortable even with 7 adults of my family member, very good facilities, very clean. Thumbs up... ^.^
