TV channels were limited and the connection were terrible. Of coz, not many ppl would be watching TV. And the lifts were horrible, u basically have to deploy ppl to each lift to check whether they are coming and they have their own individual buttons.

It was a last minute booking for 1 night stay. Nothing to complain for the rate we paid. To go to the dinosaur theme park, we took a while to get there. Need to go to lift lobby A, via the level 6 carpark then realised need to go to level 7..

It was amazing! The host was really friendly and nice! The host allowed us to have early check-in and late check-out which gave us a bit more time to rest and relax. The room was cozy and decorated with lots of bears items. The place was clean. If I were to be particular, it will be that the aircon is pretty loud at night. Otherwise, everything is perfect. The apartment was good but the condominium itself is quite old imo; the lift is slow and small and the corridor lights flickers. I will recommend for family!

Fantastic stay in KSL condomiminum.

I booked 1 night stay. The property owner contacted me one day before check in. Gave all details on how to check in and get into the room that I booked for my family. My kids love the place upon entering. Everything is there and well maintained. Access to KSL shopping centre is also very conveniently downstairs. We didn't have time to visit the gym or pool facility. In fact my family immediately want to book a longer and more relax stay in August and I had done so.

First try staying Airbnb & no regret. Overall its simple, cosy & clean experience.. Owner is really nice, considerate & details with his help for any of my request & doubts. My kids love the place so much that they just wana stay all day indoor. Only disappointment from them is that the bedsheets shld be in bear pictures too... 😂 Thank You!

Considerate and nice owner

The room is very clean, and owner makes every effort to make our stay a pleasant one - you can find hair dryer, filter system for drinking water, kettle, pot (with instant noodles provided), etc.... He also kindly let us have a later check out so that we can have lunch before driving out. The only con is that the unit is on the block facing another block, so we need to keep the curtains drawn closed the whole time. The mattress does not feel really comfortable but for 1 ~ 2 nights' stay, it is okay.

Work-cation with family

Nice and clean room with hot shower and bath tub. Sliding door to balcony room lock works (some hotel lack this). Alex were friendly and helpful in assisting me. Swimming pool were big enough and clean, and there's kids pool just next to it. Unfortunately gym's treadmill in out of working condition, same goes to elliptical. The most frequent building I'm stay in JB as it attached with shopping complex. (Photo attached were just before departed, pardon me with towel and trash nearby toilet).

Spacious home and near KSL shopping mall

Within walking distance to shopping mall. A lot of food choices in / out of the shopping mall. Spacious and great house condition. Clean bathroom. Only thing down was the lift (bit confusing at first but will get used to it) and high traffic area.

KSL Apartment

It was a great experience to stay at KSL studio apartment, huge space for family of four. Aircon fan unit is slight noisy. It will be good if the door access to mall or back to apartment can change to 10am to 10:30pm. Otherwise need to go out from the mall and walk into the carpark to access to the apartment. I will come back again.
