"To be fair, it's a great hotel. I especially enjoyed the massage chair they equiped. The only little disappointment I got is I was told the room was upgraded but wasn't able to find any difference."
"Very patient and helpful to answer my questions about how to transfer at and commute to WUH airport. They offer free shuttle service between T2/T3 terminals. Very new property and building and rooms are pretty spacious. Vouched for my membership and offered free drinks. They guaranteed late checkout but I had an early flight so didn’t get a chance to enjoy that and breakfast, though. Overall, it’s a very good experience."

"Hard to find initially but once found, easy and good location. Staff were friendly. Free drinking water every day and extra at the front desk. No fridge in the room but could use the one in reception. "
"Everything is perfect in this hotel, very like it!
But the only thing is the bottle water. The first day, I came to the front desk and asked Ms. Hu if we can get more bottle water each day, she said, maximum two bottles of water per day for one person, if you need more, you have to pay. so I bought 5L bottle of water and put it in my room. It's only cost me $2 CAD, I travel a lot, it's the first time to buy water when I stay in a good hotel."

A special mention goes to Eric Lin at the front desk. He was extremely attentive, professional, and welcoming, and went out of his way to share great tips about Chongqing that made exploring the city much easier and more enjoyable. His service really elevated my experience.

"The room was excellent condition. Its gives a luxurious apartment feeling. The room comes with washing machine, dryer l, huge fridge, dish washer and kitchen induction stove. Well equipped. Service are tiptop and staffs are willing to assist whenever required. The location is centralised. Every tourist are very near. Food stalls ranging from restaurants and street food are also nearby. If i ever go Chongqing again i will book my room there. "
