"My granddaughter and I had a wonderful stay. Hotel was spotless and centrally located to shops and eating places and a 10 minute drive from the airport. The airport bus stops in front of the hotel. Staff was really helpful ordering a taxi for ourtrip to airport. Thank you. "

I booked two separate nights at the hotel. On the first day, I was assigned room 402, which had a foul odor upon entry. I requested a room change, but the staff insisted the smell was due to a recent chemical cleaning. However, it didn’t seem like a chemical smell to me. While the staff were friendly, the cleanliness of the hotel was lacking. On the second day, when I returned, they attempted to assign me the same room again. I refused, and after some delay, they finally gave me a different room—which smelled completely different and much better than the first one."

However, basic toiletries like toothbrushes and toothpastes were provided in the room but then you have to pay extra upon checkout if they were used and utilized during your stay which wasn’t explained to us at check in.
