"They now require you to check in at a kiosk and then wait for a QR code to get your room keys. I checked in at 9:30pm and did not get into a room until just before 11pm. I sat with others who waited over an hour, too. The staff was nasty about it and about the lack of communication. When I finally got in a room, it was not the room I reserved (I reserved a King and was given two double beds instead). The place is dingy and dated. Also, I had to go all the way down to the front desk to request a fridge for the room. There are ZERO amenities in the room - no coffee, no fridge, no extra blankets. I will never, ever stay in this sad hotel again."

"The casino was fun but the room was just okay, it was very outdated and smelled really musty when we first arrived and throughout our stay. Housekeeping came before 8am multiple days and wouldn't come back later when we said we weren't up for the day yet. The pool was also closed. "

"Very nice accommodation. Older style hotel with everything we needed. Great suites with full kitchen, very large bathroom, great beds, deck and added bonus that we weren’t expecting…ensuite washer and dryer. Our only complaint would be that the wifi didn’t work great in the area of the hotel we were in. If you went to the lobby it worked really well. Another big bonus was the shuttle bus they had running every hour that dropped you off at the Excaliber on the strip. From there you could get anywhere on the strip. Great week at the Club de Soleil!!"

"Beautiful resort, lovely spacious suites. Clean and classy. We enjoyed the lounge, sat outdoors. Unfortunately we were unable to register on the KEE app and your staff couldn't seem to help us. We loved the large tvs but it might help guests to have some instructions available. Love the idea of AI advance hotel but the execution is lacking."
