"The room was excellent and roomy! The 30th floor where I stayed had a leak coming from somewhere. The carpet was squishy wet while walking to my room #108. But maintenance was working on it. Other than that, I would have liked a microwave. And a refrigerator would of been nice. I didn't care for the mini bar. Too Expensive!"

"Room was clean, pool a little too busy hard to get chair, adult only area at pool you can not enter without paying for a chair reservation. Otherwise location and amenities around the hotel were all good."

"Staying only for the cheer comp event. Hotel is currently under constructions so do expect to see impact on it. We booked to stay at Premium Room (luckily) so we were placed on the remodeled floor. One thing do surprises me is - no daily housekeeping or room cleaning service, even if you called to request, they ONLY cleaned up the trash and replaced new towels for you. That's what they called it as "Housekeeping" even you were staying there for 4 days 3 nights. No bed fix or bathroom cleaning service during your entire stay. Also, even with the new room they used the old A/C system, which either blows your head off and leave you in a freezing cold temp, or stay hot with stiffy smell condition if you turn that A/C thing off. Will not stay for sure if it's not because of the cheer comp event."

"It's a dream to stay at this hotel. We booked the mini studio, which had one bedroom with 2 queen beds and another room with one king bed, kitchen, living room and dining room table. Super clean. Went to the main pool area at night. Warm water. Cozy. Very tech hotel. Would recommend to families of all sizes. "

"Stunning property, great food, and kind staff! Only gripe is that the pool was packed and there were no options for hotel guests other than paying for chairs (which were sold out) and a few first come first serve chairs. I wish that was more transparent so we could have tried to reserve something and enjoyed the pool a little more!"
