Great service. The front desk was 24/7 and I felt safe. They answered every call and helped me with any need of mine. I am a women who traveled alone here and I felt so taken care of and safe. Thank you guys for the amazing service. Water pressure was great and great temperature. Room was clean and bed comfortable. AC worked and Wifi was a bit shaky at times but eventually became consistently working. Would return here again.

This is the worse hotel I ever stayed in. No respect for their guests. Stayed there 3 horrible nights, they give us room on the first floor behind there check in desk, I asked for the upper floor, but they said they don’t have 2 beds on upper floors, if you stay on the first floor you won’t be able to sleep not until 12:30 am, due to very loud noise in the lobby by their own stuff, very disrespectful, we asked please be quiet, we need to sleep, we have early appointments, they say ok, next minute the noise still the same,I usually don’t complain, but this time I had to say something because I have never experienced anything like that in a hotel, they are just so loud, and our window on that side also, the room is so dark, they had no lights the day before and night of our check out, how in the world am I supposed to put things in my suitcase if I can’t see anything in the room, they did not offer any help with that, they did not apologies for the inconvenience, I had to take a shower in a dark, water was still hot, I had to go outside and it was windy that day with wet hair, nowhere to charge your phone, absolutely horrible experience, I want my money back ,it was waste of money for this place, their bathroom in such a rundown condition, I asked for a hand towel, all the hotels here give you 2 towels, because there’s two of us , the lady there said they don’t have it, it needs to be washed, this hotel is not ready to serve its guests, not very friendly, do not stay here!

Otelde başta olmak üzere temizlik oteldeki çalışanların davranışı ve ilgisi dahil her şey çok kötüydü. 5 gece yaptığımız rezervasyonda sadece 2 gece kalabilirdik. İdare eder diyelim. Yani beklentinizi düşük tutun. En berbat olan ise 5 gece kaldım 6 gece parası vermiştim. Yatakların rahatsızlığı o kadar yüksekti ki. Sırtım belim her sabah ağrı ile uyandım. Yatak vıcık vıcıktı. Kımıldadığın an gıcırdamaya başlıyordu. Malesef memnun kalmadım. Ama çalışanları güleryüzlü ve saat kaç olursa olsun yardımcı oldular.
