Hotel is close to the Ferry, and Galata Tower, walkable to many attractions. Staffs are very friendly, breakfast buffet is on the rooftop restaurant with beautiful views and the food was good.

I loved my stay on this hotel. It's super clean, beds are really comfortable, the bathroom is wide, room has a lot of charging spots for electronics and location is super convenient, just a few minutes away from Karaköy station and downtown. Even though it's on a busy street, noise does not come easily inside the room. Breakfast is also yummy. They have local food and universal options as well And on top of that , staff is great. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They are all very well organized and really care about you. Ceren and Nala (the feline staff member) are the best!

The staff here are so nice, helpful and friendly. The ladies that are at the front desk, especially Berfru, are super nice and helpful. She does her best to help you and seems like a genuinely nice person. She went out of her way to get me to my favorite room and the view that I wanted to have. I highly recommend this place, specifically because the staff here can make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Thank you.

I wanted to book one more day on August 12 after two days stay in this hotel from August 10-12, But I accidentally clicked the wrong date on August 8, when I paid on line I found I forgot to change the current date to August 12, I tried to contact Expedia, was told I have to call the hotel, but the hotel told me that I have to contact Expedia. Finally I have to pay one day hotel even I’m still in thousand miles away.

The hotel is nice on the inside. The staff are excellent. Lovely dining restaurant with amazing views. Recommend half board, it is good value. Have to walk to another hotel for breakfast, but not far. The good views in rooms are from the front of the hotel, not the back.

Halich was wonderful! We stayed twice within the span of a week. Very comfortable beds and quiet property. First visit, they surprised my husband and I with decor and treats for our anniversary. Second visit, a personal note of thanks for returning as well as some delicious treats! Location is fantastic for access to metro and river crossing, dining and shopping. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay. The colleague Basha made my welcome very special and very welcoming as he supported me with many of my queries. We recently stayed at this hotel during our visit to Istanbul and couldn't have been more pleased with our choice. Not only did the staff (Eyup ) provide exceptional service with a warm and welcoming attitude, but they also went out of their way to assist us with the language barrier, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city, and the room was both comfortable and well-equipped.
