The worst hotel I've ever stayed in If I hadn't stayed for one night, I would never have stayed. There was cigarette ash inside the sink The bathroom is too small to have difficulty turning in the bathroom. Preparing plates for breakfast There are black black ash-like powders on the plate jam is given honey containers in small containers are very dirty The counselor's behavior was good, he was interested.

The location was so convenient to the tube station and the breakfast is also enough to start a day. I was disappointed to see the room because the door to bathroom was broken and could not be closed (they fixed soon) and water from toilet was leaking (they did not fix).

Our bathroom only had one shower door. It was difficult to shower. And the breakfast was verry poor also. I wouldn’t recommend to take breakfast into your reservation. I would advice to eat outside the hotel.

Requires a lot of improvements. Not recommended.

Hotel exception st was rather nice, but reluctant to solve issues. Lobby smells bad - feels like something is wrong with sewerage or ventilation. Room was not clean - dusty and sheets had holes. And judging by water paths on the walls - it probably has fungus. When I asked receptionist about shoe cleaning machine - if it works - they were unable to make it work by connecting into socket. I am disappointed with this place. We moved to another hotel right after our reservation finished. I would suggest to hotel owners to pay more attention to the cleanliness of their property as well as motivation of their employees to pay attention to costumer's concerns.

The room is very dirty and the cleaner doesn’t want to clean even when I asked her to do so,and the window without a curtain and I asked them to install one they say they will do but every time I asked them why you didn’t do it they tell me they will do until I checked out they didn’t fixed it the receipt pretended he can’t speak English to ignore the customer

Vardığımda otelde tatilat varmış, önceden bildirilebilirdi. Başka otellerine yönlendirdiler. Otele giriş yaptım zor bela. Neyse etkinlik için seyahat etmistim. Geceleri geri geldiğimde asansör bozuktu, bir özrür bile dilenmedi. 8 kat yukarı yürüdüm, sabahlarıda indim. Kahvaltı ortanın bi tık altı. Kalitelerini kendi düşürmüş, belki de misafir profilineen kaynaklıdır. Genelde gittiğim bu otel bu sefer beni istediğim ordanda memnun etmedi. 8 kag merdiven ayrı bir durum.

Zimmer sind schmutzig und werden kaum gereinigt. Handtücher werden nicht gewechselt. Kühlschrank ist ohne Stromanschluss und innen noch nie gereinigt worden, Essensreste und Dreck lagert darin. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut aber ansonsten nicht zu empfehlen.

Hallo Zusammen Empfehle das Hotel niemanden fangen wir an das Hotel Stinkt nach Abwasser Kanalisation die Zimmern wurden mit Raumspray eingesprüht damit dann das im ersten Moment richen Soll. Desweiteren Sind die Bettwäschen Feucht und dreckig Matratze voller Schimmel Badezimmer genau so Schimmel beschädigt Spiegelglas beschädigt Föhn Stromkabel beschädigt das Hotel hat keine 3 Sterne sondern -3 habe das Hotel 1 eine Woche gebucht Bekommen jedoch nach einem Tag gezuwunger weise übernachtet. Mitarbeiter bzw der menager richtig unfreundlich versuchte Laut zu werden und zu bedrohen. Wo er sah dass er nicht weiter kommt hatt er Sein Ton geändert. Beschwerde Bei Expedia wurde eingereicht menager teilte mit dass das Hotel nicht uns gefallen hat und hat dabei gelogen. Daraufhin habe Ich mich mitbeteiligt am Telefon und habe dehn Sachverhalt geschildert. Desweiteren Internet kein Empfang. Fernseher ohne Funktion sehr schlechter Empfang. Im kurzen werde Rechtwege einleiten empfehle keinen das Hotel. Bitte fernhalten und Geld sparen.

Sehr nahe an der Innenstadt und Metrostation. Hotellobby roch zwischendurch immer wieder unangenehm nach Abfluss. Zimmerreinigung war ok. Zimmer sehr klein und man hört alles was auf dem Korridor passiert. Rezeptionisten sind zwar freundlich sind aber auf einen Vorfall nicht wirklich eingegangen.
