Sergen, the manager, always made sure that our stay was enjoyable and provided us with some suggestions for places to visit. The room was clean and tidy, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for quality without breaking the bank. Moreover, the hotel's location near Taksim and Istiklal Street makes it convenient and exciting.

I booked a city view room. This hotel is review is good and photos are looks great . but I stayed small dirty basement. Hair dryershower head and few doorknobs are broken . Lots of Hairs on the bed at first. The guy was okay who the booking. f

We had a pleasant and cozy stay at this hotel, enjoying four memorable nights. The location is very convenient, just a 15-minute walk from Taksim Square and close to the city center. That said, there were a few areas for improvement. Our room was not serviced during the stay, and the TV and air conditioning were not working. Additionally, there was a slight odor from the bathroom, which may be common in older parts of the city, as we encountered similar issues at other hotels in the area. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its good value and reasonable price.

Nice but…

A lovely building in an iffy part of town. The rooms are lovely looking but mine was pervaded with an intense smell from the local sewers. Not a lot the hotel owners can do about the state of Istanbul’s sewer system I know but it was so powerful I had to move my mattress from my room and share with my brother on his floor. The hotel did change my room the following day but I’m not sure what they did regarding the room that stunk. The decor is cool, the breakfast adequate and staff amenable. area outside hotel is rough and steep.

The hotel is a hotel converted from an apartment building. There is no elevator. There was an AC only in the living room, not the bedroom. I paid for breakfast when I made the reservation, but when I learned that breakfast was being served from 8:30 to 10:00 (or 10:30) -too late for a place in the business district- I wanted to cancel the breakfast, but they said they could not refund it. No major issues otherwise.

“My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I encountered numerous issues that made my experience uncomfortable. First, the shower faucet was broken, and there was no shower holder, which made using the bathroom difficult. Additionally, it was impossible to relax or sleep due to the constant noise, whether from the sound of doors, the rooms opposite mine, or an unknown noise resembling a motor that persisted throughout the night. As for the staff, they were generally friendly, except for one incident when I tried to enter using the access code, but it didn’t work. A hotel staff member came and spoke to me in a very rude manner, which was unacceptable. Based on this unpleasant experience, I do not recommend staying at this hotel at all.”

Ekonomik oda seçtiğimiz için imkanların daha kısıtlı olmasını bekliyorduk fakat odamız bodrum katta ve mutfağın bitişiğindeydi. Gün boyu çalışanların gürültüsü odanın içindeydi. Uykumuz çok sık bölündü. Temizlik zayıftı, odanın duvarları rutubetliydi. Ayrıca sifon arızalıydı, lavabonun küçüklüğünden yüz dahi yıkanmıyordu. Saç kurutma makinesi bazen çalışmıyordu. Kahvaltı da yetersizdi. Kısacası beklentinin çok altında, verilen ücreti karşılayacak bir hizmet asla yoktu. Yazılan güzel yorumların karşılıksız olduğu kesin.

A pesar de haber contratado la habitación más económica, nos alojaron en el último piso, en una habitación espaciosa con vistas, una antesala y un baño, que estaba limpia y ordenada. El desayuno es muy limitado: una bandeja con pequeñas raciones de ensalada, mermelada, aceitunas, mantequilla y un huevo hervido. La zona es cerca del centro pero muy auténtica y popular, a 15m. de plaza Taksim.
