The staff was super helpful, responsive and polite. So we were we're happy about that. The room itself was dusty and my bed was broken but we were too tired to complain and we were staying there only for a few hours anyway

The cleanliness was ok but definitely could have been better! However, what was the last straw was no A/C. Management told me I could open a window. Each room should be able to have its own working A/C. I checked out early & found a nicer hotel that each room can control it’s A/C & heat!

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable. Perfect place to stay if you have an overnight layover at the Istanbul airport. It was only a 14min drive by taxi from the airport.
