"The breakfast was great, as always. A great selection of food. The only thing is I have a problem with walking. The airport is close but not easy for me. In my recent stays at the hotel, I was privided with a hospitality car to the airport but I had to get a taxi. I may look for another hotel which provides this service. Overall a wonderful stay."

"The hotel was super traditional, and our room was spotless. The staff was really helpful and friendly too. Everything, like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, was just a 15 minute walk away. I had issues with my mobility, so I wouldn't stay on the European side. It's very hilly. The tram was quick and easy to use to get to places. Make sure you have enough data during your stay."

The room was incredibly comfortable—perfect for relaxing after long days exploring the city. The staff truly made the experience special. A special thank you to Öznur in the Executive Lounge for her outstanding service—she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her manager, Emre, was also incredibly friendly and attentive. I also opted for the breakfast package, and it was absolutely worth it. The breakfast selection was fantastic and a great way to start each day. Overall, a top-tier experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul."

"The room was clean; however, the carpets needed a deep cleaning, as there were visible wine and coffee stains. Also, although our floor was supposed to be non-smoking, there was still a noticeable smell of smoke, even in the room. The breakfast had a good variety, and the staff were nice and helpful."
