A gem in the middle of Istanbul

The entire staff from reception, room service, Flame Restaurant have went above & beyond our expectations. I can not recommend this new Hotel enough with all my heart. This is a very clean facility that just opened in Sisli Istanbul. With Metro, it was about 25 to Blue Mosque and Aga Sophia. The staff is really nice. All the staff Ismail, Mohammad, and the lady that works with Ismail are really nice. The lobby of the hotel is small but it is kinda of a small hotel. We had a nice time here.

I rated this property 10 out of 10 because the people were very polite. The area was very clean and the atmosphere around it was close to the shops. It was close to the transport like he kind of had to walk at least depends on how fast to walk like took me 15 minutes to get to the transport the train station but otherwise the people were applied. It was clean. The service was wonderful so I do recommend this to People to stay at this hotel.

The property is good, but the staff lack of communication and professionalism makes frustrated minimum services offered in a hotel, such as opening the garage door to exit the parking or ask about an extra blanket. Booking this hotel was my bad, and I will never do it again
