The staff was great started from the guys at the door to the receptionist desk. Big thank you to Serwat he calmed me down I was nervous about my reservation not being booked. Serwat was calm and reassuring to me and family. He calmed my nerves a whole lot. The breakfast was simply amazing.

The location is great and the staff is wonderful. They have some great resources and I would recommend booking activities through them. The room is a little small, but we did not spend a lot of time in it because we were close to so much.

The staff were terrific. The hotel is in a great location, a short walk to major attractions. The area is safe and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room is very small, but probably expected in the heart of old town. The breakfast was quite good with plenty of options. Only issue I had was some hairs on my clean towels, but I didn't raise a concern.

The booking process to the entire stay the team was incredible. Each member of staff is highly experienced in customer service and it was a dream to stay at this hotel. They even went as far as helping me in matters nothing related to their hotel which I found amazing how kind each and everyone was. Loved this location! Great front desk staff, very kind and helpful! Clean, cute, Cozy with a decent touch of modern and culture. Housekeeping staff was sweet and accommodating as well. I would stay here again and I would recommend to my family and friends when visiting Istanbul!

Little quirky hotel in the heart of old town with all the shops, restaurants and transport options around. But the most important feature is the excellent staff, especially Fatih who helped us with all the sightseeing tips and was always willing to offer more. Everybody in the hotel was always very friendly and helpful and they couldn't do more for us. Loads of other nationalities and hotels could learn a lot from Turkish people. Of course trade is in their blood from centuries ago but their hospitality is second to none. Thank you Fatih and the rest of the team :)
