The Internet / Wifi was not working during the day I checked in. Also, the fridge in my room didn't seem to be working properly. Not all the receptionists speak or understand English.

Çalışanlar oldukça iyi yardımcı oldular. Girişte yarım saat bir gecikme oldu oda temizliği bekledik. Yan oda ile bağdaşık, odamızın içinde açılmayan kapı olması bizi biraz huzursuz etti. Duş akabinin küveti su sızdırıyor 309 numaralı oda bakılması iyi olur. Onun haricinde her şeyden memnun kaldık.

It was a bit tricky to find, and there is a steep hill to climb to get to the main street but other than that, the location is great. Seems quite safe, not far to the bus or metro. Grocery nearby. The breakfast isn't great. Not a fan of salad and salami for breakfast. The room was a good size, I like the bed and having a mini-fridge. There was also a kitchen with sink, cooktop but absolutely no dishes or anything to cook with. I was allowed to bring a few things up from breakfast.

Kübra, Sevil, Kamil ve Tülay hanımlar herşey den önce sizlere kocaman bir teşekkür. Her daim güler yüzlü ve yardımcılar. Beni hiç çaysız bırakmadılar 😊. Otel konum olarak merkezi bir yerde. Metroya ve otobüse çok yakın. Harbiye Askeri Müzesinin karşı tarafında ve ara sokakta. Bu nedenle de oldukça sessiz ve sakin. Otelde hiç kaos ve kahvaltıda sıra beklemeden yiyecek ve içeceklerinizi alabiliyorsunuz. Çay, kahve ve limonata var. Çeşitlilik de oldukça yeterli. Her sabah poğaça ve kek var oldukça lezzetliler. Odalar hergün temizleniyor. Aile odası 1+1 şeklinde ve oldukça geniş ve rahat hatta mutfak bile var. Klima ve buzdolabı gayet güzel çalışıyor. Banyo malzelerinin hepsi var. Biz ailecek çok rahat ettik. Odalarda sigara içmek yasak. Bizi evimizde gibi hissettiren Park by Clover ailesine çok teşekkür ederiz. Bir daha İstanbula kalmak için gidersek yine aynı adres olacak.

Decent stay, but laundry service is a complete rip-off. Overall, the hotel is acceptable for the price, but one major issue needs to be pointed out: the laundry service is outrageously overpriced. I was charged 800 Turkish Lira to wash just 5 small items of clothing. That’s completely unreasonable. This kind of service should not cost that much, especially in a mid-range hotel. It feels like they’re taking advantage of travelers who don’t have access to laundry facilities. It’s a disappointing and unfair practice that leaves a bad impression. I strongly advise against using the laundry service unless they seriously reconsider their pricing.

Otelin konumu merkezi sayılabilecek bir yerde temiz bir otel fakat sokakta gecenin bir yarısı sürekli motorlar geçiyor cam açık asla uyuyamıyorsunuz. İki tane tek kişilik yatağı birleştirip çift kişilik yatak yapmışlar. O biraz rahatsızdı. Kahvaltısı yetersizdi. Birkaç günlük kısa seyahat için tercih edilebilir.
